Bloom Concierge Home Care is a Scottsdale-based in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors age in place on their terms. Our senior care solution is designed with the whole family in mind, providing comfort, safety, and dignity to the care recipient while easing the burden for families who may not live nearby.
We are trusted caregivers who bring patience, compassion, and practical support into every home. Our team assists with companionship, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care. In addition to a physical care plan, we also create a social care plan to help you or an elderly loved one engage in meaningful activities every day. Part of what we solve are the feelings of isolation and loneliness that can come with aging or living alone.

We created Bloom from personal experience. Our founder Rob and his wife Megan cared for their aging parents at the end of their lives in their Scottsdale home. Between facing complicated emotions, logistical challenges, and a space they had never navigated, they developed a deep understanding of the obstacles families face when they want to provide the very best care for their elderly loved one but cannot always do it alone. Bloom exists to offer Arizona families the comfort, connection, and peace of mind Rob and Megan struggled to find in an already difficult time.
Our team understands that home is not only a place to live, but also, at times, a setting where professional support matters most. Families do not reach out because everything is fine. They reach out because they need help. Our role is to provide that help with dignity, compassion, and practical support. Providing confidence and relief to families in those difficult moments is what makes our work truly meaningful.

Monitoring of movement, sleep, pattern recognition, night wandering, etc. with alerts for families without the intrusiveness of video cameras
